Our Background
We have been a part of the architectural and design community for over 20 years - including designing and manufacturing our own furniture. We started Curated Staging & Design to bring Utah homes to life, differentiating them with our unique and finely honed furniture pieces.
Meet Clair Patterson-Lead Designer
Clair grew up in Salt Lake City and Berkeley, CA, and went to college at both the University of Utah and UC Berkeley. He can’t remember a time when he wasn’t passionate about architecture and design and has worked within the industry for over 20 years. For many years, Clair specialized in manufacturing and designing furniture, creating signature pieces for well-known Utahns, and showing them in New York City galleries. Now, Clair has transitioned to staging and design after recognizing the need for high-quality staging services in Utah.
When Clair is not following the latest design and architecture trends, he’s partaking in a wide array of hobbies including alpine skiing and mono-skiing with his family, playing squash, watching Broadway theater, traveling, and caring for over 50 orchids.
