Recommendations on how to best present your home for the market
Prioritize recommendations to get the biggest bang for your budget
Identify ways to complement existing furnishings with different layouts and/or accessories (owned or rented)
Expose you to new designs and offer them for purchase if you are interested
Custom Package Pricing
Each project quote is based on the project, size, and scope of the work. Your quote includes a custom staging plan and staging with handcrafted one-of-a-kind pieces designed and created by Curated Staging and Design, along with pieces from Helm (featuring Bernhardt) and other high-end luxury pieces. After staging, we will photograph and video your space. We will install everything in one day, and quickly remove it all upon the sale of the home.
